Release sequence

  1. Foundation & internal validation

Deploy this control plane, connect the domain, verify email and a real empty-site provisioning cycle on a dedicated pilot host.

  2. Hosted customer pilot

Finish job recovery, off-host backup and restore checks, quotas, support and client connection validation. Onboard a small number of approved customers.

  3. Paid hosted launch

Validate live subscription checkout and webhook reconciliation, measure hosting costs, and finalize usage policies and customer-facing billing and retention terms.

  4. Creator showcase, then marketplace

Launch a curated theme/module gallery with verified packages and isolated demos. Add sales, licensing and payouts after the install lifecycle is proven.
